Welcome to our web site!

This is the web site of Stephen, Kirsty, and Benjamin Colquhoun.  Initially this has been set up to keep friends and relatives informed on what we are up to, but we do hope to include some more general interest aspects as time goes by.  A disadvantage to having free web hosting is the hosts requirement for popup advertising.  Sorry about that, but if you visit our favorites page you will see a link to a site with freeware popup control applications.  Feel free to have nosey around and enjoy. 

We have lived in Dunedin New Zealand for about three years and are both currently studying at the University of Otago.  Kirsty is in her final year (4th) of a double major in Genetics and Psychology (BSc).  Stephen completed his BSc in Computer Science in 2002 (graduating in May 2003), and is spending 2003 undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science concentrating on artificial intelligence and neural networks.

Little Benjamin was born in the summer break December 2001 and has spent his preschool life so far with us at university. Otagos campus is widespread and family friendly with lots of grassed areas and trees, so it makes the perfect university of choice for students with children.

Beyond our university life we are kept busy with Benjamin and house renovations, while making sure to take time out to make the most of Dunedins laid back lifestyle.
